Prepare your skin for summer!

The sun is finally here! So we say hello to the heat, to the beach, to the sand… And we quickly prepare our skin for the summer season!!

 

Our first beauty asset this summer? Food!

It all starts with your inner beauty. Indeed, certain foods will promote tanning and fight against UV rays. So we put everything on fruits, raw vegetables and juices! Sources of antioxidants, fruits and vegetables will also promote cell regeneration and skin firmness. We favor sources of vitamin C and E, so we go for carrots, tomatoes, red pepper, but also apricots, strawberries, parsley and mango!

 

We're cleaning up!

To prepare your skin well for the sun, we put on scrubs! Exfoliating your skin is the beauty secret of your tan. The goal is to make room for new skin cells! So let's clean your body!

 

We feed your skin!

After thoroughly cleansing your body with a scrub, nourish your skin with a moisturizing milk or balm! But also by hydrating from the inside (find our detox waters here).
